Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions, setup fees, recording services, streaming services, media monitoring services, and related charges are considered earned upon payment and are not refundable.
MS Music and Promotion LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of the Terms and Conditions without creating any obligation to provide refunds.
