The customer is solely responsible for all content streamed, uploaded, recorded, or distributed through our services and for any consequences resulting from the publication or transmission of such content.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, permissions, and authorizations required to stream, broadcast, distribute, and publish the content you submit.

You authorize MS Music and Promotion to transmit and distribute such content through our radio, television, streaming, recording, and media monitoring platforms.

You further agree that the content you provide does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or rights of third parties.

The customer is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any music licenses, broadcasting rights, royalties, or permissions required by the laws and regulations of their country or jurisdiction.

Upon receiving any complaint, copyright claim, DMCA notice, or allegation of illegal activity from any third party, MS Music and Promotion reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate the affected service without prior notice.

MS Music and Promotion shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from content provided by customers.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MS Music and Promotion, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, legal expenses, or costs arising from content that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

MS Music and Promotion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer engaged in illegal activities, copyright infringement, unauthorized broadcasting, fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
